So moving- I love these stories Wynne. They so touch my heart. And spur me on to be thankful for my mission of loving low income 2nd graders. And just all the ways God can use His people. I really want to be so effective for Him. And these stories so encourage me along the way!

Love this post. Love what you said about ALL Christians being called to live "on mission" and be missionaries. I just spoke about this to the women on campus a week ago. Challenging them to be missionaries right NOW, right where God has them planted. As always, lovin' your bloggin' :)

Okay, Wynne...I love the you said your love language is coffee because I have said the exact same thing to people!! Haha! That and cheese. :)

I love the share the love thing. A couple of years ago it was sort of put on my heart to start going out of my way to talk to people in a service industry setting, i.e.: the barista at starbucks, the checker at the grocery store, my waiter or waitress, the person on the phone when I call customer service. Just to ask them how their day is going, strike up a conversation with them, talk about life. and the biggest thing for me...if they are wearing a name tag or tell me their name I always call them by their name. "How is your day going today, Annie?" "Thanks so much for your help, Jesse." Especially if it's a waiter or waitress, addressing them by their name. Just to show them that they aren't just the person helping me...that I took the two seconds to learn their name. It may seem small but It's something I always try to do because I know I appreciated it when I was working in those areas. :)

And coffee...oh the coffee. ;)

This story really, really blessed me this morning. And is just the story that God LOVES to write! Thank you for sharing! I am inspired to pray more diligently about what God has truly called us to do. What a calling Mitch (and his wife!) has and how glorious that he has chosen to obey! :)
